Our 7-9 Year Olds have been making exciting progress all year! It's time to celebrate their achievement with our SFA Festival! It includes a friendly competition for the kids in which they can fence with the electric equipment for the first time! There is also a pot-luck and an opportunity for the parents to meet one another and see how much their children have learned! Sunday, January 22nd, 1-4pm
SFA will be closed on Monday, January 16th in observance of Martin Luther King Day.

The new semester starts on February 1st! This is a great time to take advantage of our semester discount. If you signed up for the semester discount last semester, please note that you will need to let us know if you want to sign up for the semester again, otherwise you will automatically be reverted to the monthly payment system. You can download the registration forms from our Programs pages to see the semester rates. If you'd like to continue taking advantage of our monthly billing plan, you won't need to do anything.

We have some very exciting news! In order to address our exceptional rate of growth and provide an opportunity to accelerate our program to an even higher level, we will be moving to a larger location on 93rd St and 1st Ave this winter. It is notably larger than our current location and on the ground-floor with large windows facing the street. We will be spending the next few months building the space into a top-class facility as we continue running classes from our current, 87th St location. Stay tuned for more details!
Congratulations to all of our fencers who have headed off to college this year!
Rachel Kalina: Johns Hopkins University Marina Molarsky-Beck: Harvard University
Jackson Akselrad: University of Chicago
Philip Suna: University of Southern California
